Your use of Padi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Padi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Padi in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
